Overstock.com’s oversight
Anyone notice overstock.com’s new tabs? Did they run out of departments/categories or did a designer forget to update the tabs? In any case, a ‘coming soon’ tab (and not one but two) that link nowhere have no place in the most important real estate of a site. Quite an oversight, to say the least.

You’re right of course but of equal concern is the break in the code of the navigation system too. There are single quotes wrapping attribute values and some of those values have single quotes, as in, apostrophes for the text.
I’d be interested to see a full accessibility/usability audit on this site.
