Ship to Multiple Addresses Screencast
We previously told you about a new feature we developed for Popcornopolis, but felt a screencast would give a better impression of how it works.
You first add items to your shopping cart and enter the checkout process. Once there you login to your account. If you don’t have an account, creating one is a fast and simple process. Next, click on the “ship to multiple addresses” button and you are taken to a page where you can select the destination address for each product. This is done with a drop-down menu of addresses stored in your account, but you can easily add new addresses from inside the checkout.
After selecting the destination for each product, click continue and then select the shipping method for each product. If your Mom’s birthday is tomorrow you can send her popcorn overnight, while Grandma’s order can be sent ground to save money. You then enter your billing information, review your order and you’re done. Your card shows only one charge while each one of your friends or family receives their own delivery.
Of course if you enter 4111111111111111 for your card number the process will end with an error message, as this video does. Now that you know the process, check it out in action.

this is pretty cool, but i have 2 other questions. do you have a way of ordering 10 of 1 item and then selecting 10 different addresses to ship to? also do you have a “pick a delivery date” option???
Thanks!
Roberta

Roberta,
You can select multiple quantities of one item and select different addresses for them.
This site does not have a pick a delivery date option, but this can certainly be added to the system.
